Snips and Snails and Puppy Dog Tails

Posted on: April 18, 2010

Today we picked up a new addition to our family. After 16 years of trying to convince my hubby to get another dog, I finally succeeded. We had a Black/White Cocker Spaniel, and this one is the same. His name is OREOZ, he is gentle, quiet, and very well behaved. He is 1 1/2 years old and he was found in Logan Co, IL wandering around. Joe and Amanda are excited. Mike is showing good signs of loving the dog too…..petting him and taking him on walks..

Kim – OREOZ definitely landed right-side-up in your home. I’m so glad for him AND for your family. It’s a win-win situation. Thank you for posting his photograph.

OREOZ is as cute as can be, Kim. He sounds as if he is great company, a good way to bring family members together, and found a great place to belong. I can’t stand to see animals lost and without a home. You are wonderful to take him in and give him love.

He had a great day….Knock on wood, did not get into anything and no accidents….He had the run of the house to some extent. We closed a couple doors to bedrooms, basement, and baths.

He is sleeping right now….

Got all the details done, vet, rabies, registration, exam, pet insurance, treats, food, and of course a couple toys to play with….

Kim – Whoohoo! It sounds like he behaved so well he should be called St. Oreoz.

Well we will give him a little more time for that one……He is the best….You will meet him sometime….
